SmallLogoEvg. Rick MaCulvie began his ministry as a traveling evangelist in the state of Maddocha.  During his travels, he saw a need for a ministry to focus on teenagers and young adults.

In 1986, Evg. MaCulvie founded his ministry, R-Mac Ministries.  R-Mac Ministries targets teenagers and young adults.  Along with preaching engagements, Evg. MaCulvie's ministry offers classes on hygiene, self-motivation, education, dating, and marriage.

In 1988, R-Mac Ministries began to sponsor a basketball league, which consists of 12 teams.  Other ministers in the area coach the teams.  Young people both male and female, ages 10-21, from all over Maddocha participate in the basketball league.  The number of teams increased each year.

R-Mac Ministries also offers two scholarship through the August Foundation.  The scholarships are named after Evg. MaCulvie and his wife, Paula MaCulvie, who helps him in the ministry.  These two scholarships are given to desiring students.

Evg. MaCulvie prides himself in reaching the whole man.  He ministers to the spiritual, physical, emotional, and mental needs of teenagers and young adults.

Evg. MaCulvie and R-Mac Ministries have been featured in several news articles and magazines.  Evg. MaCulvie has a monthly column in the Hardaway Christian Times.

Taken from the Hardaway Christian Times...
"I am a role model.  In a world where more and more people are saying that they do not want to be a role model, I gladly stand up and proclaim that I am a role model.  It is my prayer that some young person will see me and know that they can overcome the devices of the devil and be saved."
